The North Carolina Breastfeeding Coalition (NCBC) is holding an in-person round robin meeting on Saturday, October 5th • 2-4pm • at the People’s Solidarity Hub, 1805 Chapel Hill Rd, Durham, 27707. This is the FIRST in-person meeting since COVID-19!

This free service offers education for pregnancy, birth and postpartum care using an evidence-based and pilot-tested curriculum called Ready, Set, Baby. Classes are facilitated by lactation training students and staff at the Carolina Global Breastfeeding Institute and are precepted by an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant.

The first free weekly Stroller Walking Group this fall will be on Tuesday, September 8 at 1:15pm.

• Meet at the Chapel Hill Community Playground off Estes Drive and walk along the paved trail.

• Begin each walk by sharing our high points and low points from the past week; walk together to chat in pairs; stop in the middle to discuss a postpartum, lactation, parenting topic; and then switch walking partners and walk back.

Infants, toddler, preschoolers in strollers/baby carriers are all welcome!
