All community-based and nonprofit organizations (e.g., local agencies, state agencies working locally, [inter]national organizations working locally, faith-based communities, local non-profit organizations) are welcome to complete this form.
We want to celebrate your organization! Community Partners are organizations that welcome breastfeeding, chestfeeding, and human milk feeding families. Community Partners also do not advertise Community-based and non-profit organizations also are employers. Breastfeeding-Friendly Employers provide workplaces that welcome and have made accommodations to support lactating employees.
