Breastfeed Orange NC wants to celebrate local businesses, childcare providers, healthcare providers, community organizations, nonprofit organizations, faith-based organizations, schools, and others that support breastfeeding families and breastfeeding/lactating employees. Breastfeeding family friendly Businesses, Organizations, and Community Partners are entities that welcome breastfeeding families by treating breastfeeding families well, never asking them to leave, cover up, move, or leave. They also support breastfeeding/lactating employees. Businesses, Organizations, and Community Partners that have been granted the Breastfeeding Friendly Award can proudly display the “Breastfeeding Welcome Here” window sticker.
